The PNP will deploy a total of 33,286 personnel to various schools throughout the country to ensure an orderly start to the academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To address safety concerns and provide immediate assistance, Police Assistance Desks (PADs) will be established in schools. Furthermore, extensive foot and mobile patrols will be conducted around school premises to deter criminal activities and ensure prompt responses to any incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe safety of our children as they return to school is our utmost priority,\u201d stated PNP CHIEF POLICE GENERAL ROMMEL FRANCISCO D MARBIL. \u201cWe encourage everyone to cooperate and report any suspicious activities to the nearest PAD or local authorities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In light of Typhoon Carina, the Department of Education has postponed the start of classes for 842 public schools across five regions. The PNP is committed to closely monitor these areas and provide necessary assistance to affected communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the PNP has actively participated in the \u201cBrigada Eskwela\u201d clean-up initiative, particularly in areas affected by the typhoon, to ensure that students return to safe and clean learning environments.
